On January 1, 2019, with the grand opening of Zoomlion largest tower crane intelligent factory in the world, the automatic profile cutting line officially put into the production .

The production line is 260 meters long and 25 meters wide. According to the customer requirements, more than 1000 profiles with a daily processing length of 9-12 meters are needed to realize more than 4000 pieces partially prepared products and profiles, fully automatic band saw involves angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, round steel, round pipe, square steel pipe and other raw materials.

The production lines are controlled by the central control system. Through the independently developed scheduling software and control system, they are connected with the MES system of the factory Dynamic manufacturing execution management, to achieve intelligent capacity matching, scheduling optimization, progress control, beat control, personnel control, material control, quality control, equipment control, energy control, safety and environmentControl, intelligent error proofing, safety interlock, consumables control, equipment OEE optimization, error proofing and flexible production, etc., to achieve the profile cutting cluster intelligent production,
Fully automatic horizontal band saw can meet the small batch and multi batch intelligent profile processing mode of large construction machinery industry.



Through the implementation of the intelligent production line, the whole production line only need 9 people (more than 30 people have been reduced), the product quality is stable and traceable, ensuring the streamline, flexibility, automation, intelligence and green of the cutting production line.
Through the implementation of the production line, Chenlong has created a strong intelligent manufacturing R & D team -- Hangzhou Chenlong intelligence R & D center.
